It's Summer and we all know that lawn care can be a big job, so this week we wanted to share a 'green' tip on how you can keep your lawn looking great.
Ever think about resetting the blade on your lawnmower? Well, setting the lawnmower blade at 3 inches helps the grass absorb more sun and moisture. Longer grass is better at pushing out weeds, eliminating the need to apply chemical weed killers. Cutting the grass higher also means the grass clippings are shorter and will decompose (and fertilize the lawn) more quickly.
